Privacy

Short version: we collect what we need to write your plan and contact you about it, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

When you use the plan builder, the waitlist or the onboarding form we collect what you type: name, email, training goals and history, and, if you choose to give it, health and injury information so the plan can be written safely. Payment details go to Stripe, not to us. The site itself sets no tracking cookies.

How we use it

To write and deliver your plan, to reply to you, and, if you've joined the list, to send you the occasional email you can unsubscribe from in one click. Health and injury details are used only to write your plan and are never used for marketing.

Where it lives

Form submissions are held by Netlify. Plans are written and stored in Google Workspace. Email goes through Kit. Payments through Stripe. Each of these processes data under its own privacy policy; we choose them for that reason.

How long

Onboarding and plan data is kept while you're a client and for two years after your last plan, so a Next Block can be written from your history. Email us and we'll delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: hello@highpersistence.com. UK and EU visitors have these rights under GDPR; we honour them for everyone.
